Breach of Contract

Breach of contract encompasses any number of business situations where a company fails to fulfill its contractual obligations, whether the failure is a minor breach resulting in no damage, a material breach resulting in damage; a fundamental breach, which is a breach so basic as to allow contract termination as well as a lawsuit for damages; or an anticipatory breach, which is an inevitable breach permitting the party to treat the breach as immediate, terminate contract, and sue for damages.
